Need some suggestion

I am using BB Curve 8330 locked with T-Mobile & i found the unlock code from http://www.unlocking4u.com/. Now my doubt is which is the bestmethod to unlock a mobile by using s/w or by using the code.. May i know the difference between unlocking via code & s/w........
